Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) aim to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of KeyFlow (“Company”) and the users concerning the use of the KeyFlow service and related features (the “Service”).

Article 2 (Posting and Amendment of Terms)

• The Company shall post the contents of these Terms on the initial or connected screen of the Service for easy access by users.
• The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that it does not violate relevant laws.
• When amending the Terms, the Company will notify users at least 7 days (30 days for significant changes adverse to users) before the effective date through the Service.

Article 3 (Membership and Accounts)

• A service agreement is established when a user agrees to the Terms and applies for registration, and the Company accepts the application.
• Users are responsible for managing their account information and passwords. The Company is not liable for damages caused by the negligence of password management.

Article 4 (Service Availability and Changes)

• The Company strives to provide stable services 24/7.
• Services may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, replacement of equipment, or communication failures.
• The Company may modify, change, or discontinue the Service for operational or technical reasons, provided that such changes are announced in advance.

Article 5 (Paid Services and Payments)

• Certain features of the Service may be provided for a fee. The fee structure will be displayed separately within the Service.
• Payments for paid services shall be made through methods designated by the Company (e.g., credit card, digital payment).
• Cancellation and Refunds: Users may request a refund within 7 days of purchase for unused paid services. However, refund policies may be restricted based on relevant consumer protection laws and the nature of the content.

Article 6 (Copyright and Use of Content)

• Ownership and copyright of the content created or posted by the user (“User Content”) remain with the user.
• By posting content, the user grants the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the content solely for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the Service.
• The Company will not sell User Content to third parties without explicit consent.

Article 7 (Prohibited Activities)

Users agree not to:

• Steal personal information or register false information.
• Disrupt the Service through hacking, reverse engineering, or sending spam.
• Post illegal content or infringe upon the intellectual property of others.
• Use the Service for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the Company.

Article 8 (AI-Based Services and Disclaimer)

• The Service may include features powered by artificial intelligence technologies such as OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini.
• The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information generated by AI and assumes no liability for the results of its use.
• Copyright and usage rights of AI-generated content are subject to relevant laws and the policies of the respective AI providers.

Article 9 (Limitation of Liability)

• The Company is not liable for failures to provide services due to force majeure, including natural disasters, DDoS attacks, or service outages by telecommunications providers.
• The Company is not responsible for service disruptions or data loss caused by the user’s fault.
• The Company shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages unless caused by the Company’s intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

Article 10 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
• Any disputes between the Company and the user shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Company’s headquarters.
